为使用好轻APP（以下简称“好轻”）及服务，您应当阅读并遵守《用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）。请您务必审慎阅读、充分理解各条款内容，特别是免除或限制责任的条款、以及开通或使用某项服务的单独协议，并选择接受或不接受。限制、免责条款可能以加粗形式提示您注意。
除非您已阅读并接受本协议所有条款，否则您无权下载、安装或使用本软件及相关服务。您确认，您的下载、安装、使用、获取好轻账号、登录等行为即视为您已阅读并同意受上述协议约束，且您应当是具备完全民事行为能力的自然人。若您不具备前述主体资格，则您应当承担因此而导致的一切后果，且好轻有权注销或永久冻结您的账户，并保留向您或您的监护人索取赔偿的权利。
若您是未满18周岁的未成年人等非完全民事行为能力人，您应在您的监护人监护、指导下并获得监护人同意的情况下，认真阅读并同意本协议后使用。

一、软件的获取

1.1您可以直接从云麦的网站上获取本软件，也可以从得到云麦授权的第三方获取。

1.2如果您从未经云麦授权的第三方获取本软件或与本软件名称相同的安装程序，云麦无法保证该软件能够正常使用，并对因此给您造成的损失不予负责。

二、软件的安装与卸载

2.1云麦可能为不同的终端设备开发了不同的软件版本，您应当根据实际情况选择下载合适的版本进行安装。

2.2下载安装程序后，您需要按照该程序提示的步骤正确安装。2.3为提供更加优质、安全的服务，在本软件安装时云麦可能推荐您安装其他软件，您可以选择安装或不安装。

2.4如果您不再需要使用本软件或需要安装新版软件，可以自行卸载。如果您愿意帮助云麦改进产品服务，请告知卸载的原因。

三、软件的更新

3.1为了改善用户体验、完善服务内容，云麦将不断努力开发新的服务，并为您不时提供软件更新（这些更新可能会采取软件替换、修改、功能强化、版本升级等形式）。

3.2为了保证本软件及服务的安全性和功能的一致性，云麦有权不经向您特别通知而对软件进行更新，或者对软件的部分功能效果进行改变或限制。

3.3本软件新版本发布后，旧版本的软件可能无法使用。云麦不保证旧版本软件继续可用及相应的客户服务，请您随时核对并下载最新版本。

四、账号使用规范

4.1 注册账号

4.1.1 您在使用本服务前需要注册一个好轻账号，您须对注册账号时所提供的信息的真实性、合法性、有效性及完整性负责，并及时维护和更新您的个人信息，以保证信息的真实、合法、有效。好轻账号可通过手机号码进行注册，也可通过好轻支持的第三方授权登录。好轻有权根据用户需求或产品需要对账号注册和绑定的方式进行变更。

4.1.2 好轻账号的所有权归深圳云麦科技公司所有，用户完成申请注册手续后，仅获得好轻账号的使用权。好轻账号仅限于本人使用，未经好轻书面同意，禁止以任何形式赠与、借用、租用、转让或售卖好轻账号或者以其他方式许可非本人使用好轻账号。若好轻发现或有合理理由认为使用者并非账号初始注册人，好轻有权暂时或终止向该注册账号提供服务，并有权注销该账号，而无需向注册账号的用户承担法律责任。

4.1.3 您有责任妥善保管注册账户信息及账户密码的安全，您需要对注册账户以及密码的行为承担法律责任。如因遭受盗窃、遗失、受欺诈或攻击等，您本人对账号失去控制，建议您及时通知好轻，好轻将及时停止服务并冻结、关闭、或注销账号，您须理解并同意好轻采取紧急措施需要合理时间，对在采取紧急措施前已产生的任何不利后果，好轻不承担任何责任。您同意在任何情况下不向他人透露账户及密码信息。当您怀疑他人在使用您的账号时，您应立即通知好轻。好轻不能也不会对因您未能遵守本条款规定而发生的任何损失负责。因他人恶意攻击、您自身原因或其他原因或其他不可抗力导致账号被盗、丢失等，均由您本人承担责任，好轻不承担任何责任。

4.1.4 您注册好轻账号后如果长期不登录该账号或其他好轻认为有碍账号安全和管理的情形，好轻有权回收该账号，以免造成资源浪费，由此带来的任何损失均由您自行承担。

4.1.5 如好轻有合理理由相信您存在不当注册或使用好轻账号（包括但不限于利用虚假身份注册、无正当理由注册多个账号、允许或放任他人使用账号、利用账号从事违法违规活动等），好轻可以采取冻结或关闭账号，拒绝提供服务等措施。如给好轻或相关方造成损失的，您还应承担赔偿责任。

4.1.6 您可以对账户设置昵称，您设置的昵称不得侵犯或涉嫌侵犯他人的合法权益。您承诺在设置昵称时遵守以下规定：

4.1.6.1 不以党和国家领导人或其他社会名人的真实姓名、字号、艺名、笔名注册；

4.1.6.2 不以国家机构或其他机构的名称注册；

4.1.6.3 不注册不文明、不健康名字，或包含歧视、侮辱、猥亵类词语的账号；

4.1.6.4 不注册易产生歧义、引起他人误解或其他不符合法律规定的账号。

如您设置的昵称涉嫌侵犯他人合法权益，好轻有权终止向您提供部分或全部软件服务。好轻对此不承担任何责任，您将承担因此产生的任何直接或间接损失及不利后果。

4.1.7 如果您注册的账号没有绑定手机号，在登录时仅支持注册时候选择的第三方登录方式，如果该三方账号注销/丢失，导致好轻APP无法正常登录，好轻平台也无法找回该账号，由此带来的任何损失均由您自行承担。

4.2 注销账号

如果您已经深思熟虑，确定放弃您的好轻账号，并符合好轻规定的所有注销条件，您可以通过登录好轻APP「我的」-「设置」-「账号与安全」-「注销服务」进行账号的注销。当您注销账号后，我们将删除或匿名化处理您的个⼈信息。好轻账号⼀旦被注销将不可恢复，请您在操作之前⾃⾏备份好轻账号相关的所有信息和数据，请您保存好订单商品和服务的交易凭证、票据等资料，否则您有可能须⽀付额外的账号和订单查询费⽤，或⽆法享受售后服务。因您的账号申请注销对您造成的不利影响，好轻将不承担任何责任。

4.3 用户注意事项

4.3.1 您理解并同意：为了向您提供有效的服务，本软件会利用您移动通讯终端的处理器和带宽资源。本软件使用过程中可能产生数据流量的费用，用户需自行向运营商了解相关资费信息，并自行承担相关费用。

4.3.2 您理解并同意：本软件的某些功能可能会让第三方知晓用户的信息，例如：用户的麦圈可以查询用户头像、名字等可公开的个人资料；使用手机号码注册云麦帐号或者手机号码与云麦帐号关联的用户。

4.3.3 您在使用本软件某一特定服务时，该服务可能会有另有单独的协议、相关业务规则等（以下统称为“单独协议”），您在使用该项服务前请阅读并同意相关的单独协议。

4.3.4 您理解并同意：云麦将会尽其商业的合理性，努力保障您在本软件及服务中的数据存储安全，但是，云麦并不能就此提供完全保证，包括但不限于以下情形：

4.3.4.1 云麦不对您在本软件及服务中相关数据的删除或存储失败负责；

4.3.4.2 好轻有权根据实际情况自行决定单个用户在本软件及服务中数据的最长存储期限，并在服务器上为其分配数据最大存储空间等。您可根据自己的需要自行备份本软件及服务中的相关数据；

4.3.4.3 如果您停止使用本软件及服务或服务被终止或取消，云麦可以从服务器上永久地删除您的数据。服务停止、终止或取消后，云麦没有义务向您返还任何数据。

4.3.5 您在使用本软件及服务时，须自行承担如下来自好轻可掌握的风险内容，包括但不限于： 

4.3.5.1 由于不可抗拒因素可能引起的个人信息丢失、泄露风险；

4.3.5.2 您必须选择与所安装手机相匹配的软件版本，否则，由于软件与手机型号不相匹配所导致的任何问题或损害，均由您自行承担；

4.3.5.3 您在使用本软件访问第三方网站时，因第三方网站及相关内容所可能导致的风险，由您自行承担；

4.3.5.4 您发布的内容被他人转发、分享等传播可能带来的风险和责任；

4.3.5.5 由于无线网络信号不稳定、无线网络带宽小等原因，所引起的好轻账户登录失败、资料同步不完整、页面打开速度慢等风险。

4.3.6 好轻不保证以下事项：

* 本服务将符合您的要求；

* 本服务将不受干扰、及时提供、安全可靠或不会出错；

* 使用本服务取得之结果正确可靠；

* 您经由本服务购买或取得之任何产品、服务、资讯或其他信息将符合您的期望；

4.3.7 是否使用本服务下载或取得任何资料应由您自行考虑且自负风险，因任何资料之下载而导致您手机之任何损坏或数据流失等后果，由您自行承担；

4.3.8 您自好轻或经由本服务取得的任何建议或信息，无论是书面或口头形式，除非本使用协议有明确规定，将不构成本使用协议以外之任何保证。

4.4 第三方产品和服务

4.4.1 您在使用本软件第三方提供的产品或服务时，除遵守本协议约定外，还应遵守第三方的用户协议。好轻和第三方对可能出现的纠纷在法律规定和约定的范围内各自承担相应责任。

4.4.2 因您使用本软件或要求好轻提供特定服务时，本软件可能会调用第三方系统或者通过第三方支持用户的使用或访问，使用或访问的结果由第三方提供（包括但不限于第三方通过开发平台介入的内容等），好轻不保证通过第三方提供服务及内容的安全性、准确性、有效性及其他不确定的风险，由此引发的任何争议及损害，与好轻无关，好轻不承担任何责任。

五、用户行为规范

5.1 信息内容规范

5.1.1 本条所述信息内容是指您使用本软件及服务过程中所制作、复制、发布、传播的任何内容，包括但不限于好轻账号头像、名字、用户说明等注册信息，或文字、图片等发送、回复、图文和相关链接页面，或向AI发送或通过AI所产生的内容，以及其他使用好轻账号或本软件及服务所产生的内容。

5.1.2 您在好轻上传或发布的内容，应保证其为著作权人或已取得合法授权，并且该内容不会侵犯任何第三方的合法权益，您同意授予好轻所有上述内容在全球范围内的免费、不可撤销的、永久的、可再许可或转让的非独家使用权许可，据该许可好轻将有权以展示、推广及其他不为中华人民共和国法律所禁止的方式使用前述内容。

5.1.3 您同意并授权好轻将您上传或发布的内容（包括但不限于该内容的著作权、肖像权）提供给好轻的合作方用于商业合作、推广宣传等活动。

5.1.4 您理解并同意：好轻一直致力于为用户提供文明健康、规范有序的网络环境，您不得利用好轻账号或本软件及服务制作、复制、发布、传播如下干扰好轻正常运营，以及侵犯其他用户或第三方合法权益的内容，包括但不限于：

5.1.4.1 发布、传送、传播、储存违反国家法律法规禁止的内容：

      （1）违反宪法确定的基本原则的；

      （2）危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；

      （3）损害国家荣誉和利益的；

      （4）煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的；

      （5）破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；

      （6）散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；

      （7）散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；

      （8）侮辱或者诽谤他人，侵害他人合法权益的；

      （9）煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序；

      （10）以非法民间组织名义活动的；

      （11）不符合《即时通信工具公众信息服务发展管理暂行规定》及遵守法律法规、社会主义制度、国家利益、公民合法利益、公共秩序、社会道德风尚和信息真实性等“七条底线”要求的；

（12）含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的。

5.1.4.2 发布、传送、传播、储存侵害他人名誉权、肖像权、知识产权、商业秘密等合法权利的内容；

5.1.4.3 涉及他人隐私、个人信息或资料的；

5.1.4.4 发表、传送、传播骚扰、广告信息及垃圾信息或含有任何性或性暗示的；

5.1.4.5 其他违反法律法规、政策及公序良俗、社会公德或干扰微信公众平台正常运营和侵犯其他用户或第三方合法权益内容的信息。

5.2 软件使用规范

您应对您使用好轻及相关服务的行为负责，除非法律允许或好轻事先书面许可，您使用本软件及相关服务过程中不得从事下列行为：

5.2.1 删除本软件及其副本上关于著作权的信息；

5.2.2 对本软件进行反向工程、反向汇编、反向编译，或者以其他方式尝试发现本软件的源代码；

5.2.3 对云麦拥有知识产权的内容进行使用、出租、出借、复制、修改、链接、转载、汇编、发表、出版、建立镜像站点等；

5.2.4 对本软件或者本软件运行过程中释放到任何终端内存中的数据、软件运行过程中客户端与服务器端的交互数据，以及本软件运行所必需的系统数据，进行复制、修改、增加、删除、挂接运行或创作任何衍生作品，形式包括但不限于使用插件、外挂或非云麦经授权的第三方工具/服务接入本软件和相关系统；

5.2.5 通过修改或伪造软件运行中的指令、数据，增加、删减、变动软件的功能或运行效果，或者将用于上述用途的软件、方法进行运营或向公众传播，无论这些行为是否为商业目的；

5.2.6 通过非云麦开发、授权的第三方软件、插件、外挂、系统，登录或使用云麦软件及服务，或制作、发布、传播上述工具；

5.2.7 自行或者授权他人、第三方软件对本软件及其组件、模块、数据进行干扰；

5.2.8 其他任何危害网络安全或数据安全或其他未经好轻书面授权的行为。

5.3 服务运营规范

除非法律允许或好轻书面许可，您在使用本服务过程中不得从事下列行为：

5.3.1 提交、发布虚假信息，或冒充、利用他人名义的；

5.3.2 诱导其他用户点击链接页面或分享信息的；

5.3.3 虚构事实、隐瞒真相以误导、欺骗他人的；

5.3.4 侵害他人名誉权、肖像权、知识产权、商业秘密等合法权利的；

5.3.5 未经好轻书面许可利用微信账号和任何功能，以及第三方运营平台进行推广或互相推广的；

5.3.6 利用微信账号或本软件及服务从事任何违法犯罪活动的；

5.3.7 制作、发布与以上行为相关的方法、工具，或对此类方法、工具进行运营或传播，无论这些行为是否为商业目的；

5.3.8 其他违反法律法规规定、侵犯其他用户合法权益、干扰产品正常运营或好轻未书面授权的行为。

六、AI服务使用规范

您明确了解并同意∶

6.1 服务范围： 本服务是好轻结合阶跃星辰的大语言及图像识别模型能力（即第三方人工智能技术提供服务），对您的智能对话交互进行的创新尝试，旨在结合您输入，通过深度合成算法，（1）为您生成、提供、推荐更符合用户偏好的饮食分析报告、运动课程、运动计划等；(2）帮助您记录饮食及生成饮食分析报告、记录体重；(3）为您提供动作评估、健康评估功能；(4）解答您关于饮食健康、运动减肥等方向的提问。您可以通过本服务输入、上传您的文本、图片等内容，基于您的输入内容，本服务系统将通过AI生成技术生成并向您展示文字等内容（以下简称“AI生成内容”）。

6.2 服务费用： 本服务目前的部分功能需要您开通好轻会员权益后方可使用。好轻保留根据自身运营需要变更、调整付费功能和免费功能的权利，但在调整、变更前，好轻将在相应服务界面进行通知或公告。

6.3 使用规范

6.3.1 您的内容由您负责，您应确保您的输入内容符合法律法规要求，遵守本协议及好轻平台所有的规则规范（包括但不限于《轻享权益服务协议》《隐私政策》），并在使用本服务过程中始终秉持善意，以契合本服务目的及公序良俗的方式进行使用，不会利用本服务进行任何违法、侵权或不正当的活动，禁止设计、诱导AI生成法律法规、政策及好轻平台规则所禁止的内容。

6.3.2 为保证我们的网络安全、服务系统稳定运行，在未经我们同意的情况下，您不得将好轻AI及与之相关的内容（包括AI生成内容）直接或间接用于任何模型、算法训练。同时，请您注意在以复制、下载、发布等方式使用AI生成内容的过程中，对AI生成内容保留其显著标识或按照法律法规及各发布渠道的要求进行显著标识。您不得以任何方式删除、篡改、隐匿本服务AI生成内容中的显性或隐性标识。

6.3.3 对于您在使用AI过程中您的输入内容、AI生成内容中存在的权利（包括他人在先拥有的知识产权、肖像权等），均不会仅因您的输入或使用行为而发生转移。您充分理解并同意，您仅能以非商业的、仅供个人运动或学习的方式使用本服务及AI生成内容，您无权以任何商业化方式使用本服务及AI生成内容。

6.3.4 您保证对于您的输入内容拥有相应的合法权利或已取得他人合法授权并有权用于本服务。否则，由此造成的一切后果及损失由您自行承担。

6.3.5 您基于本服务生成的内容的版权由您自行维护并对其独立判断后使用，由AI生成内容产生的任何知识产权问题由您自行处理，好轻对由此造成的任何损失不负责任。建议用您在使用AI生成内容时注意避免侵犯他人知识产权，由此给好轻造成损失，好轻有权向您追偿。

6.4 本服务的局限性

6.4.1 您知悉并理解，受限于我们接入的基础大语言模型能力、训练数据及当下的技术发展程度，本服务的AI生成内容应仅供参考，我们无法完全保证其真实性、准确性、合法性及可用性，您应在使用前及使用过程中审慎辨别、自行斟酌是否依赖、发布或以其他方式使用本服务提供的内容和信息，并同意自行承担相关的风险。

6.4.2 请您特别注意，涉及医疗、法律等方面的内容不能替代医疗诊断、法律意见等专业领域从业人员的专业意见，请务必另行咨询医生、律师等专业人士，并在其指导下作出决策。

6.4.3 本服务来自于法律法规允许的包括并不限于公开互联网信息积累，并已经过不断的自动及人工敏感数据过滤，但仍不排除其中部分信息可能存在瑕疵，不合理或引发不快之处。如遇此情形的，欢迎并感谢您随时通过本协议末尾所述的联系方式向我们反馈。

6.4.4 在您的使用过程中，Al生成内容中包含的商品及相关图片、视频、音频，是基于您的输入内容作为关键词检索获得，任何时候都不意味着我们对商品及相关内容的推荐，不代表我们的态度或观点。

6.5 其他

6.5.1 除另有约定外，在某些情况下，包括但不限于改进产品功能、响应市场变化、版权权利到期、内容安全审核、法律法规变化等，好轻有权根据自身运营情况等随时对本服务进行变更、中断或终止。好轻将尽力提前通知用户有关本服务的重要变更或下线信息，但无法保证每次都能及时通知到所有用户，您理解前述情况不视为好轻违约，好轻不承担任何责任。如果您不同意上述修改、调整或下线，则应停止使用本服务。

七、免责声明

您理解并同意：

7.1 您明确同意其将包括但不限于文字、资讯、资料、音乐、照片、图形、视讯、信息或其他个人资料上传到互联网上，有可能被其他组织或个人复制、转载或做其它用途的风险完全由其自己承担；因其使用好轻服务而产生的一切后果也由其自己承担，好轻不承担任何责任。

7.2 微博、微信等好轻相关官方账号对您的相关的包括但不限于文字、资讯、资料、音乐、照片、图形、视讯、信息或其他个人资料进行推广发布的，不属于对用户相关权益的侵权行为、好轻不承担任何责任。

7.3 网站上针对用户的恶意评论，经您的书面举报我们会采取删除处理，但不保证一定能满足您的要求，也不对该恶意评论负任何法律责任。

7.4您使用本服务之风险由您个人负担。本服务系依“现状”及“现有”基础提供。好轻对本服务不提供任何明示或默示的担保或保证，包含但不限于商业适售性、特定目的之适用性及未侵害他人权利等担保或保证。

八、违约责任

8.1 针对用户违反本协议或其他服务条款的⾏为，好轻有权独⽴判断并视情况采取预先警示、拒绝发布、⽴即停⽌传输信息、删除评论、限制账号部分或者全部功能直至永久关闭账号等措施。好轻有权公告处理结果，且有权根据实际情况决定是否恢复使⽤。对涉嫌违反法律法规、涉嫌违法犯罪的⾏为将保存有关记录，并依法向有关主管部门报告、配合有关主管部门调查。

8.2 因用户违反本协议或其他服务条款规定，引起第三⽅投诉或诉讼索赔的，用户应当⾃⾏承担全部法律责任。因用户的违法或违约⾏为导致好轻及其关联公司、控制公司向任何第三⽅赔偿或遭受国家机关处罚的，用户还应⾜额赔偿好轻及其关联公司、控制公司因此遭受的全部损失。

8.3 好轻尊重并保护用户及他⼈的知识产权、名誉权、姓名权、隐私权等合法权益。您保证，在使⽤好轻产品及相关服务时上传的⽂字、图⽚、视频、⾳频、链接等不侵犯任何第三⽅的知识产权、名誉权、姓名权、隐私权等权利及合法权益。否则，好轻有权在收到权利⽅或者相关⽅通知的情况下移除该涉嫌侵权内容。针对第三⽅提出的全部权利主张，您应自行处理并承担可能因此产⽣的全部法律责任；如因您的侵权⾏为导致好轻及其关联⽅、控制公司、继承公司遭受损失的（包括但不限于经济、商誉等损失），您还应⾜额赔偿好轻及其关联⽅、控制公司、继承公司遭受的全部损失。

8.4 责任限制

您理解并同意：基于以下原因而造成的，包括但不限于利润、信誉、应用、数据损失或其他无形损失，好轻不承担任何直接、间接、附带、特别、衍生性或惩罚性赔偿责任：

8.4.1 本服务之使用或无法使用；

8.4.2 为替换或通过本服务购买或取得之任何商品、数据、信息、服务，收到的讯息，或缔结之交易而发生的成本；

8.4.3 您的传输或数据遭到未获授权的存取或变造；

8.4.4 任何第三方在本服务中所作之声明或行为；

8.4.5 与本服务相关的其他事宜，但本使用协议有明确规定的除外；

8.4.6 第三方以任何方式发布或投递欺诈性信息，或诱导用户受到经济损失，好轻不承担任何责任。

8.5 用户的责任

您须对自己的行为负责，包括对自己发表、上传或传送的内容（包括⽂字、评论、图片、视频内容等）负全部责任。您须承诺在好轻上所发布的任何内容均符合中华人民共和国法律、法规、规章以及好轻管理规范的规定。好轻有权在不通知您的情况下对您发布的任何不符合管理规定的内容予以删除，且不承担任何责任。

九、未成年人使用条款

9.1 若您是未满18周岁的未成年⼈，您应在您的监护⼈监护、指导下并获得监护⼈同意的情况下，认真阅读并同意本协议后，⽅可使⽤好轻及相关服务。若您未取得监护⼈的同意，监护⼈可以通过平台公⽰渠道通知平台处理相关账号，平台有权对相关账号的功能、使⽤进⾏限制或禁用，包括但不限于浏览功能。

9.2 好轻重视对未成年人个人信息的保护，未成年用户在填写个人信息时，请加强个人保护意识并谨慎对待，并应取得监护人的同意以及在监护人指导下正确使用。

9.3 未成年人用户及其监护人理解并确认，如您违反法律法规、本协议内容，则您及您的监护人应依照法律规定承担因此而可能导致的全部法律责任。

9.4 未成年人及监护人特别提示

9.4.1 未成年⼈使⽤好轻及相关服务应该在其监护⼈的监督指导下，在合理范围内正确学习使⽤⽹络，避免沉迷虚拟的⽹络空间，养成良好上⽹习惯。

9.4.2 如您的被监护⼈使⽤好轻及相关服务的，您作为监护⼈应指导并监督被监护⼈的注册和使⽤⾏为，如您的被监护⼈申请注册好轻账号，好轻将有权认为其已取得您的同意。

9.4.3 您的被监护⼈在使⽤好轻及相关服务时可能使⽤充值、支付等功能。您作为监护⼈，请保管好您的⽀付设备、⽀付账⼾及⽀付密码等，以避免被监护⼈在未取得您同意的情况下通过您的好轻账号使⽤充值、支付等功能。

十、知识产权

十一、终端安全责任

11.4 您理解并同意，在使⽤好轻的过程中，可能会遇到不可抗⼒等⻛险因素，使服务发⽣中断、延迟。不可抗⼒是指不能预⻅、不能克服并不能避免且对⼀⽅或双⽅造成重⼤影响的客观事件，包括但不限于⾃然灾害 （如洪⽔、台⻛、地震等）、社会事件（如战争、暴动、政府⾏为）等，出现上述情况时，好轻会努⼒对产品和服务进⾏修复，但由此给您造成的损失，好轻在法律允许的范围内免责。

11.5 您理解并同意，在使⽤好轻产品和服务的过程中，可能会遇到⽹络信息或其他⽤⼾带来的⻛险和损害，好轻不对任何信息或产品的真实性、适⽤性、合法性承担责任，也不对因侵权⾏为给您造成的损害负责。这些⻛险包括但不限于：

11.5.1 来⾃他⼈匿名或冒名的含有威胁、诽谤、令⼈反感或⾮法内容的信息；
